The site acts as an information source for Bolton residents allowing them to find out about Bolton's waste disposal and recycling services as well as providing education resources for schools.

Tickle have provided all technical elements of the project in association with Bolton MBC's IT departments. The sites visual style has been developed by Fudge.

The site has been developed using Tickle's own 'rapid application development' techniques allowing the project to be completed very quickly meeting Bolton MBC's own launch deadline.

Phase two of the project is currently under development and will offer a comprehensive content management system as well as further end-user features.

Phase two of the project launched in July 2005. The extended site features a comprehensive content management system and further integration with Bolton MBC's existing data sources.

Phase three of the project is currently in the planning stage and will extend the site's target audience to children and educational institutions.
