Envirolink Northwest exists to promote, strengthen and support environmental technologies and services companies in England's northwest. Envirolink endeavored to create an online forum to foster communication and education through the development of the Virtual Exhibition Centre.
The Tickle Group Challenge was to organise and facilitate focus group testing with real world users utilising the Virtual Exhibition Centre prototype as a means to gather and collate end user needs and requirements thusly determining the usefulness and effectiveness of the Virtual Exhibition Centre.
Our Solution involved developing a prototype driven by end user feature sets and then tailoring the focus group session tasks based on those feature sets. |
